What would a 2 yr degree in travel/tourism qualify me for ?

There are only 2 degrees I am interested in. One being travel/tourism and the other being - , Oenolgy(wine making) I am wondering if 2 yr degrees are a scam (?) I would need to make atleast 40,000 a yr. Would either of these degrees realistically or likely qualify me for a decent paid job in either of these fields?

1. NO most wineries require a University degree in Oenology or a related discipline (Food Science, Sciences). as for tourism , 2 year program will suffice.
2. It is not a scam as long as the schools involved are properly accredited./
