What decorations are good for a Chicago (the musical) themed party?

I'm holding a party tonight with a Chicago the musical theme. Not sure what outfit to wear or even how to dress the apartment. Any ideas?

Try putting on some colored papers on the walls, same colours as it is with the chicago musical/film posters http://www.reviewstop.co.uk/gallery.php?item_id=1618 its like red, orange, yellow with gold borders on black background dim the room and provide some spotlights also make or draw tiny buildings and put them around the room also for the dress....come as a showgirl (like the ones in the poster)...or as a sexy policewoman.... hope it helps...have fun!
3. I recommend rope lights and the city skyline mentioned below. Come dressed in a full piece suit like the one Richard Gere wore in the movie lol. No one would be expecting that!
